Please join us for a spectacular evening of outstanding food, inspired cocktails and
mesmerizing magic hosted by award winning restaurateur and celebrity chef, Mario
Batali at his latest New York restaurant, Del Posto. Awarded three stars from The New
York Times as well as two highly coveted Michelin stars, Del Posto can best be
described as an expression of the evolution of cuisines, menus, service and ambiance
that have characterized the history of the Italian dining experience.

The exclusive event will feature the cuisine and personal attention of none other than
Chef/Owner Mario Batali. Each course will also be expertly paired with wines from
LaMozza, Mario’s own vineyard in Tuscany, as well as the highly regarded Friuli
Bastianich vineyard.
Entertainer Billy Harris will dazzle guests during cocktail hour with his sleight of hand
magic and will close the evening with his world famous stage show featuring a
combination of his famed wit, comedy and illusions…leaving guests wanting more!
Acclaimed modern mixologist and Fine Living Network star, Tony Abou-Ganim will
design custom cocktails for this special evening. Tony will also be on hand to
demonstrate the tricks of the trade and techniques required to recreate his extraordinary
drinks at your next cocktail party.
As the evening’s host, Mario Batali will introduce each course, sharing with guests his
personal and professional insight into what makes each dish so special.
Additionally,
guests will receive a copy of Mario’s latest cookbook, Italian Grill (ecco 2008) and Tony
Abou-Ganim’s most recent DVD, Cocktail 101, as well as other surprise gift items. Both
Mario and Tony will be available to sign books and DVDs at the end of the festivities.
